Damages and Issues
At Wick Wonders, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles and want you to love every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unburned, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your candle or item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom candles, special orders, or personalized products.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your product (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at wickwondersco@gmail.com
